We should always know that we can do anything

Don't lie. You know it's one of the most rewarding feelings
when the metro doors happen to open exactly in front of you.
It's sort of a little reminder that everything really does happen for a reason.

Hello again!
I can't seem to get my mind off of blogging! It's as though a whole new world has opened up under my fingertips (pun intended!) I woke up today and took a four hour ACT diagnostic test and don't worry, I am not going to waste any time explaining how horrific it was, although it's becoming quite a hobby lately --- this whole sitting down and taking a four hour test thing is becoming an unfortunate routine of mine. I am taking the actual test next weekend and hopefully, depending on how I do, this unfortunate hobby can end!
During the course of the week, all I can think about is the weekend and when the weekend finally it arrives it seems to slip right by in the blink of any eye. It's important to savor the feeling of the weekend as it provides you with a sense of liberty, even if just for 48 hours. Before this weekend is over do something you wouldn't normally do, call someone you wouldn't normally call. Don't let it slip away.

Currently listening to: GO DO by Jonsi

If you're familiar with the Icelandic band Sigur Rós you'll recognize Jonsi's unforgettably refreshing voice. GO DO has the ability to bring out the best of you while simultaneously encouraging you to be that person.

This is for my friend Emily.
Sigur Rós instantly puts a smile on her face.

I'm sure this song will instantly put a smile on your face as well:
Listen to GO DO here:

And if the song sounds familiar to you, yes, this is the song from the Ford Explorer commercial.
Be honest, you know you wanted to own a Ford Explorer by the end of the commercial.

Enjoy the weekend while it lasts,
